How SuperEval Structures the Administrator Evaluation
Building and central office administrators are the operational backbone of a district — managing everything from special education programs and facilities to technology, finance, and instructional coaching. SuperEval gives evaluators and administrators a defined, repeatable process so every evaluation is consistent, evidence-based, and focused on growth — regardless of role or where it sits in the org chart.
SuperEval supports administrator evaluations across a range of roles including building-level administrators, deans, athletic directors, special education administrators, central office directors, instructional coaches, technology leaders, school business officials, and other district-level administrators.
Annual Goals
The administrator and evaluator co-establish annual goals tied to building or district priorities and strategic initiatives. The evaluator selects which competencies from the chosen rubric will be included and sets the weighting for each evaluation category.

Administrator Self-Evaluation
The administrator completes a self-evaluation — selecting competency ratings, adding reflective narrative, and uploading supporting evidence that demonstrates performance in each evaluated area.

Evaluator Review
The evaluator independently completes their own evaluation of the administrator, selecting ratings and adding comments and supporting evidence. Where multiple evaluators are assigned, each completes their evaluation independently.

Consolidate Evaluation Data
Where multiple evaluators are assigned, SuperEval automatically consolidates all evaluator data into a single evaluation — eliminating the need to manually collect and organize input from multiple sources. Self-assessment and evaluator ratings are displayed side by side, with all comments and evidence compiled into a single document.

Final Review & Sign-Off
The administrator’s self-assessment and the evaluator’s assessment are brought together for a final review — creating a clear basis for a meaningful growth conversation. Both parties apply digital signatures to finalize the evaluation, and SuperEval generates a complete evaluation record for the personnel file.
