Yes. SuperEval supports independent school leadership evaluations in addition to public school districts. The platform adapts to your organization’s structure and rubric regardless of school type.
Yes. You can bring your district’s existing evaluation instrument into SuperEval, or choose from our growing library of research-aligned frameworks. SuperEval runs the process — you set the standards.
The evaluation instruments and frameworks available in SuperEval are well-established, research-aligned rubrics — many of which are approved by State Departments of Education or professional associations. Copyright holders have granted permission for their use within the platform.
SuperEval works on any device with a modern web browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or Edge. It is fully responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile on both Apple and Android devices.
Yes. SuperEval uses HTTPS encryption for all communications between the server and the client. The platform also supports two-step authentication and meets modern data privacy standards to keep district data protected.
Yes. SuperEval supports multiple evaluators per role. You can designate a primary evaluator, assign additional evaluators, and customize how each evaluator’s ratings are weighted in the final evaluation.
Access and functionality within SuperEval is based on each user’s role.

SuperEval maintains a digital archive of all completed evaluations and supporting evidence. Previous evaluation cycles can be accessed at any time using the school year dropdown within the platform.
Yes. If a leader changes roles within the district, their previous evaluations remain accessible on their dashboard — so growth over time is never lost.

SuperEval includes an award-winning help desk with phone, instant chat, and email support — recognized with two Stevie Awards. The platform also includes onscreen page guides, a training hub with instructional videos, and implementation support to get your district started quickly.
Yes. Implementation support and onboarding training are included. Additional training is available as needed, and the platform includes a training hub with instructional videos accessible directly from the navigation.
SuperEval is designed to be intuitive for all users — no technical expertise required. For board members who prefer not to work online, printed rubrics and supporting evidence can be provided, and a trusted agent such as a district clerk can enter their responses into the system on their behalf.
