I launched into mine without one minute of training. No problem. The program is smart, intuitive, and easy to navigate — it really needs no explanation. Loving the experience so far.

It really does a lot of the work for me so it allows me to facilitate dialogue, which is what you really want to happen for the evaluation.

When you get all of the information from your board you have a tool that’s right there that puts all comments together. It makes it much easier to come out with a final report that the board can discuss.

It was helpful in giving us the platform to organize our thoughts in preparation for our Board retreat. It was great to be able to just run the report instead of collecting everything and organizing it on our own.
