Seth ensures PLS software meets partner specifications and accessibility standards, while also contributing to a range of technological functions and support efforts. He brings a background as an educator and technology coordinator, and holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University at Buffalo. His areas of expertise span urban geography, transportation, natural hazards, public transit, and computer technical support. A New York State School Press Association award winner for journalism, Seth is based in Buffalo, NY, and has been with PLS since 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys art, travel, and simulation gaming.
