Rob partners with superintendents and district leadership teams across the Western United States to build evaluation systems that promote growth over compliance. He approaches every district relationship through discovery first—taking time to understand strategic priorities and the pressures leadership teams face before proposing solutions. He holds a conviction that evaluation done well is professional infrastructure: a reflective, structured practice that strengthens individual leaders and makes organizations more coherent.

Before joining SuperEval, Rob spent more than fifteen years working across every level of K-12 education, beginning as a classroom teacher of English, theatre, and social science in Bay Area school districts. That practitioner grounding shaped a career that expanded into EdTech sales and partnership development, including VP-level positions at Elevo Learning and Moondrop Entertainment, a national director role at The Princeton Review, and a consultative technology practice at AT&T serving K-12 districts across the Western U.S. Most recently, he served as Partnership Development Director at Exceptional Lives, building district relationships to expand access to resources for students with disabilities.

Rob holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Williams College, an MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theatre, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business, and English and Social Science Teaching Credentials from CSU East Bay. He is based in Moraga, CA, and has been with PLS since May 2024. Outside of work, Rob serves on the boards of Town Hall Theatre Company and the Bay Area Tutoring Association, engages in philanthropic work through the Masons of California, and pursues writing, acting, and directing in the Bay Area theatre community. His daughters and pets are all named for Shakespeare characters.
