Regis Marrale
Regis leads PLS’s efforts to improve accessibility and quality across its digital products, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure accessibility and testing are integrated throughout the development process—not treated as an afterthought. His work spans accessibility auditing, assistive technology testing, WCAG and ADA alignment, and building practical QA processes that are consistent and scalable. He also mentors team members and contributes to building a culture of inclusive design.
Before joining PLS, Regis worked as a developer building and maintaining web applications with a focus on usability and performance, giving him a strong technical foundation that continues to inform his accessibility practice. He holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Buffalo State University and has been with PLS since 2015. Regis is based in Kenmore, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys time at the beach, relaxing on the water, travel, attending college football games around the country, and coaching a girls’ high school hockey team.
