McQuade introduces the SuperEval platform to school leaders across key states, drawing on a background that spans NCAA coaching and Nike employee services management. He holds a BS in Sport Management from St. John Fisher University and an MBA in Leadership Development from Ottawa University, with expertise in sales, marketing, recruiting, and CRM platforms. Based in Rochester, NY, McQuade has been with PLS for 2.5 years. Outside of work, he runs, golfs, and plays tennis—and has qualified for the 2027 Boston Marathon.
