Jim brings 16 years of broad IT experience to his role at PLS, where he supports both customers and employees with platform and equipment issues. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from RIT and is based in Buffalo, NY. He has been with PLS since 2025. Outside of work, Jim enjoys video games.
