Jake focuses on ensuring PLS systems are aligned with business goals, improving efficiency, and supporting scalable operations. Through streamlined processes and workflows, he works to increase reporting accuracy and improve forecasting and decision-making across the organization, with a primary focus on SuperEval. He holds a BS in Business Administration and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Jake is based in Buffalo, NY and has been with PLS since 2025. Outside of work, he plays Dungeons & Dragons, snowboards, does carpentry, and plays video games.
