Gretchen partners with superintendents across the Central United States through New England, supporting district leadership teams in building evaluation processes that are reflective and collaborative. A former elementary classroom teacher, her career has always been grounded in a deep passion for education. She holds a BS in Elementary Education and has been with PLS for four years. Gretchen is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys watching her three sons compete in lacrosse and football, cooking, and spending time with her family.
