David leads software development across PLS, overseeing a team of web developers, SQL developers, designers, and QA specialists through every phase of the application lifecycle. He guides team structure and strategy—including development lifecycle processes, hiring, and the evaluation and adoption of new technologies—while championing security, accessibility, standardization, and reusability across application stacks. He also facilitates collaboration between developers and educators and aligns cross-team milestones with client needs and business priorities.

Before joining PLS, David spent nine years as a Web Solutions Developer at Advance2000 and served as Web Content Manager with the Buffalo Sabres during the 2000-2001 season. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Medaille College. David has been with PLS since 2010 and is based in Buffalo, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys escape rooms, Disney vacations, and spending time with his daughters.
