Alex leads development of SuperEval, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ship new features and improvements, and contributes to technical decision-making and strategy across other PLS software projects. Before joining PLS, he taught high school mathematics in Rochester, NY for two years, then transitioned into web development, working at Daemen University before joining PLS in October 2019. He holds a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Philosophy from SUNY Geneseo, and an MS in Mathematics Teacher Education from the University of Rochester. Alex is based in Geneseo, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and is a dedicated Nintendo fan.
